You can manage more than one property from a single account and you can set up multiple profiles for various people on the software, user profile types include but are not limited to Property Manager (The account owner), Property Owner, Front Desk Staff, Accountant, Agents, etc.
You can schedule maintenance for your apartments, update the availability of your apartments based on their status (out of order, under maintenance). You can also manage your vendors i.e assign a maintenance issue to a vendor, manage vendor payment (for accurate accounting).
Payroll and Settlement
You can do your staff payroll, calculate deductions/bonuses for your staff and generate a payslip for them. You can also calculate how much settlement you owe your agent (if you have an end-of-the-month arrangement).
You can create and share a blacklist of troublesome guests and staff with other users of Horeca Apartments.
